Helper - How to add your bank information via Stripe
This section will walk you through how to set up your bank account information as a helper in the C-PRO app. You will only need to set this up once, and you can seamlessly receive payment from requesters in the future. The entire setup process will take approximately five minutes.
The bank information are securely stored on the Stripe platform. C-PRO or its partners do not have access to these information.
Enter your professional email address and mobile number. You will receive a 6-digit verification code on your phone and enter it in the next screen.
Once you verified your phone number, you can enter your personal information here, including the last 4 digit of SSN. Make sure it matches the information in your legal documents.
Then you will need to introduce your professional details. You can select your industry from the dropdown list. There is a "Building services" section, which would with some common handyman professions.
It also asks for your website URL. If you don't have one, you can click "add a product description instead" to add a text description of the product/services you offer.
Next, you are prompt to enter your bank/debit card information so that you can receive your payment properly.
Finally, you can review the information you entered.
If there is any missing information, you are required to update them on this page.
Once you verify all the information, you are all set!
