  • What is C-PRO and how does it work?
    C-PRO is a virtual quoting service that can connect you and a professional service provider for your home improvement and installation projects. As a homeowner, you can download and signup in our mobile app, then submit your request for a virtual quote. Our providers will contact you and schedule a virtual meeting with you in the app.
  • Is there a fee using C-PRO?
    For Homeowners, it is absolutely FREE to use and submit your request in the app. No subscription or hidden fees. Once you accept the quote from the provider, you will pay them directly. For Service Providers, you will pay a monthly subscription fee to provide this virtual service to your customers, as well as other effective tools to help you manage your tasks and customers.
  • How can C-PRO benefit me as a homeowner?
    Tired of calling companies for home project quotes and waiting weeks for a response? Try C-PRO's virtual quoting service! Get an accurate quote almost instantly, negotiate directly with the contractor, and no obligation until you accept. No more surprises or hidden fees.
  • How can C-PRO benefit me as a handyman?
    As a home maintenance professional, you want to maximize billable hours. Tasks like providing quotes or estimates can be time-consuming. Yet, without them, there would be no business. Very often in certain industries like EV Charging Installation, HVAC, landscaping, deck installation, and even kitchen and bath remodeling, estimates can be provided to homeowners virtually using CPQ (configure, pricing, quoting) technology. This can save enormous amounts of time and also increase your ability to win business.
  • What types of home issues can I get assistance on?
    C-PRO currently offers assistance for projects that are ideal for virtual quoting services, such as EV charger installations, landscaping, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, HVAC diagnostics, retractable awning installations, and garage door installations. But we are looking to expand the project types in the future, so please stay tuned.
  • Can I schedule recurring services?
    Certainly! If you are content with your current service provider, you can arrange to have follow-up calls with them for any future projects.
  • How does payment work on C-PRO?
    For homeowners, you don’t have to pay anything to use C-PRO's service. Your project payment will be handled by the service providers when they finish their work at your homes. For service providers, you can select one of the subscription options to access our services.
  • What are the pricing options for services (For Service Providers)?
    Depending on your crew size, you will pay a fixed rate of $20 to start using our services, and each additional resource is $10 more.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    We accept PayPal, Stripe, and Venmo payment methods.
  • Can I choose a specific time slot for my call with the handyman?
    Yes. When submitting a request through the app, you must select four one-hour time slots. The service provider will then confirm one of these time slots for your meeting. Additionally, you will receive an email and in-app notification reminding you of the confirmed meeting time.
  • Are there any limitations on the duration of the call?
    Our virtual calls are limited to 25 minutes to ensure that we respect the time of our service providers. However, if you need more time, you can always request an extension or a follow-up session based on mutual agreement with the provider.
  • How soon can I expect a handyman to be available for a call?
    Our average response time is around 24 hours. You can expect some service providers to get back to you and set up the virtual call appointment in the next 1-2 days.
  • Can I reschedule or cancel a call appointment with a handyman?
    We understand your plans could change, so we allow rescheduling and cancellation of appointments on our app. However, to respect our service providers’ time, we kindly ask you to keep your appointments.
  • How soon can the handyman begin the job after I accept the virtual quote?
    C-PRO helps you get connected with an ideal service provider for your home projects. Our goal is to get the right resource and quote to start your project as soon as possible. Your service provider will discuss the project start date with you during the virtual call.
  • Can I request a follow-up or additional virtual consultations if needed?
    Yes, there will be no charge for any additional follow-up virtual calls, and you can talk to as many service providers as possible before you commit and accept the quote.
